It will start you with a strong foundation of muscle to take you to the next level and prepare you for more advanced techniques. Each of the 4 phases will be no longer than three weeks and will include a variety of muscle building exercises designed to keep your body growing at its maximum potential.
*Phase 1 (Week 1 to 3) - Foundation: In the first 3 weeks work in the 4-6 rep range and concentrate on increasing your weight every week to lay the foundation for future size gains.

*Phase 3 (Week 7 to 9) - Growth: In this phase for 3 weeks you will use the 8-10 rep range and you will increase again your weight from week to week for maximum muscle gains!
*Phase 4 (Week 10 to 12) - Perfecting: In the last 4 weeks you will enhance and consolidate what you builded in the first 3 Phases, while decreasing the number of reps you will increase again the weight from week to week.
*In Week 13 you will be able to see your progress after you start working out in the 4 to 6 rep range now you arrive in the same point but twice bigger and stronger. Look at your progress chart and see for yourself!
